My treats have arrived damaged
We'd never want your dog’s food to arrive in less-than-perfect condition, and we're always looking at where we can make improvements when things go wrong.

In your message, could you share with us the following:
- Could you send me a photo of the damage to the packet?
- Which treats were affected?
- Was there any damage to the outer box that the delivery arrived in?
- If damaged, could you please take a photo of the box?
