My dog's dry food bag has arrived damaged
We'd never want your dog’s food to arrive in less-than-perfect condition, and we're always looking at where we can make improvements when things go wrong.

In your message, could you share with us the following:
- Have you been able to store your dog's food for the month (for example, have you decanted the kibble into an airtight container or kibble bag from a previous order)?
- Could you please send a photo of the damage to the bag?
- Was there any damage to the delivery box?
