We are so incredibly sorry to hear that your dog has passed away. As dog lovers ourselves, we know how heart-breaking this time is. To make things a little easier, here is how you can stop your deliveries and remove their profile:
- Log in to your online Dashboard

Choose 'my account' at the top of the page

Scroll down and click 'Cancel deliveries'
4. On the next page, confirm that you'd like to ‘Cancel deliveries’
4. Then select the cancellation reason of 'My dog has passed away'
To give you one less thing to worry about, we’ll send a confirmation email once your deliveries have been cancelled. We will also automatically hide your dog’s profile from your Dashboard for you.
