Keep it short: Instead of typing a long sentence with your postcode, just type "Tracking" or "Delivery"
Use general words: Our search bar looks for topics, not personal details. Typing in your exact email address (name@email.com) or your dog's name won't bring up an article. Try "Update email" instead
