We’ll be so sad to see you and your dog go. We'd really love you to stay with us so here's some helpful advice for common queries.
My dog doesn’t like their recipe or wants a new flavour
If your dog isn’t emptying their bowl right away, don’t worry. You can refresh your dog's menu at any time to keep mealtime exciting.
Change flavours: Log in to your online Dashboard, head to 'Dog profiles' to update your dog's flavour preferences and exclude things they aren't a fan of.
Add wet food: Many dogs love a texture contrast. You can easily add wet food to your order by visiting the 'Wet Food' section of your dog's Meal Plan.

📦 I have too much food at home – what should I do?
Don't worry, you are in full control of your delivery schedule. If your dog is eating a bit slower this month, there is no need to cancel - you can easily delay or skip a delivery.
Log in to your online Dashboard and select 'Manage box' under your next delivery section.
Adjust your next delivery date to a time that suits you, or choose to skip the month entirely.
Good to know: Unopened Tails.com kibble stays perfectly fresh for up to 6 months if sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.
💰 I need to save money
We know that managing a budget is important. Instead of cancelling your subscription entirely, you can adjust your plan to make it more affordable.
Remove extras: Take a look at your current Meal Plan and remove any added treats, wet food, or supplements to bring the cost down to just the essentials..
My dog’s dietary needs or health has changed
As your dog grows and ages, their nutritional requirements change too. If your dog has a new health condition that we need to know about, you can update their health profile on your account and we'll automatically adjust their recipe to support their needs.
