What to do if you receive the wrong food
While we try our best to get every order perfect, mistakes can occasionally happen! If you’ve opened your box and found food meant for another dog, we are so sorry for the mix-up, and we're here to get it sorted right away.
If you could please get in touch with us here, a member of our Product Quality Team will be able to help you. In your email, could you share with us the following:
Did you receive any of your dog's correct food, or is the entire order incorrect?
Send us a photo of the barcode on the front of the dry food bag you received (located on the yellow label).
What to do with the extra food
You do not need to return the incorrect food to us! Please feel free to:
Donate it: If you're able to, we highly encourage donating the unopened food to a local dog shelter or rescue.
Dispose of it: If donation isn't an option, you are welcome to dispose of it or share it with a friend's dog.
Once you reach out, we will sort everything else out for you and make sure your dog's food is sent out as soon as possible.
