How do I delete my account and remove my personal details?
If you would like to permanently close your Tails.com account and remove your personal information and card details from our systems, our Customer Experience Team is here to help you complete this securely.
In line with data protection regulations, we process these requests manually to ensure your payment methods are securely wiped and any active subscriptions are fully deactivated.
Before you delete your account, did you know?
If you are leaving us because of a temporary change in circumstances, you don't need to delete your account entirely. You can manage everything instantly from your online Dashboard:
Going on holiday or have too much food? You can easily pause or delay your next delivery through your online Dashboard.
Dog's tastes changed? You can update your dog's flavour preferences or add wet food to your order.
