My delivery has arrived damaged – what should I do?

In your email, could you share with us the following:
- A picture of the damage to the parcel
- Were any of the items inside damaged or missing?
- (If items are damaged) could you share a picture of the damaged items?
- Has this happened to you before?
Once you've contacted us, a specialist from our Product Quality Team will get back in touch with you and get this sorted for you and your dog.
