Tracking your orders using the Yodel or DPD App
We always send an email to let you know that your Tails.com food has been dispatched so that you can track the progress of your parcel.
The easiest way to track your orders is by visiting the 'Deliveries' section of your account. *Please make sure you're logged into your account before using this link.
Yodel App
If your delivery has been despatched with Yodel you can download the Yodel App to enjoy these features:
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery
- Regular updates about where your parcel is
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this)
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel
DPD App
If your delivery has been despatched with DPD you can download the DPP App to enjoy these features:
- Options to change the day or place of delivery
- With their live-tracking option you can track your parcel in real time
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel
We highly recommend adding delivery instructions for your orders - this also allows you to have contact-free deliveries.
