How do I track my delivery?
We want to make sure you know exactly when your dog's box will arrive. As soon as your order leaves our factory, we will send you a dispatch email with a direct tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Before you start: Make sure you are logged into your account before using the tracking links below.
The easiest way to track
You can check the real-time status of your current and past orders at any time directly from your online Dashboard.
- Log in and head to the 'Deliveries' section of your account menu.
2. Select the delivery you'd like to see details for and you'll see your order status - either one that is in progress or one that has been delivered. The tracking link will be directly below your order status:
Download courier apps for tracking
If your order is being delivered by Yodel by Inpost or DPD, we highly recommend downloading their apps. They offer excellent features to help you manage your delivery, add safe-place photos, and ensure a seamless, contact-free drop-off.
If your courier is Yodel by Inpost:
Download the Yodel by Inpost App to access these features on delivery day:
2-hour window: Get a specific two-hour delivery window on the day.
Live progress: Receive regular, real-time notifications on your order's location.
Safe place photos: Upload a photo or write delivery instructions showing the driver exactly where to leave your box.
Delivery confirmation: View a photo taken by the driver showing exactly where your parcel was safely left.
If your courier is DPD:
Download the DPD App to customise your delivery preferences:
Real-time tracking: Follow your driver on a live map as they approach your address.
In-flight changes: Change your delivery day delivery place if you won't be home.
Delivery proof: Access a photo confirmation of where your box was safely delivered.
Top Tip: Even if you aren't using the apps, always make sure to add clear delivery instructions (like a gate code or a designated "safe place") in your Tails.com Deliveries settings to ensure your driver knows exactly what to do!
