Tracking your orders using the Yodel or DPD App
We always send an email to let you know that your Tails.com food has been dispatched so that you can track the progress of your parcel.
The easiest way to track your orders is by downloading the Yodel App or DPD App.
Yodel App
Download the Yodel App to enjoy these features:
- A two hour delivery window on the day of your delivery
- Regular updates about where your parcel is
- A chance to add a picture, or written instructions about a safe place to leave your parcel (we'd recommend this)
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel
DPD App
Download the DPP App to enjoy these features:
- Options to change the day or place of delivery
- With their live-tracking option you can track your parcel in real time
- See a photo of where the driver has left your parcel
We highly recommend adding delivery instructions for your orders - this also allows you to have contact-free deliveries.
Can I track my deliveries through my online account?

You sure can! You can also track your Tails.com deliveries by logging in to your online Dashboard and following these steps:
- Choose 'Deliveries' from the menu bar
2. Next to Scheduled Deliveries choose ‘Track Package’
Here you'll be able to track your order and see its estimated due date.
