How to update your delivery date
If you're going on holiday, need to delay, or want to bring forward your delivery, you're always in control of your orders.
🔑 Important: Please make sure you're logged into your account before clicking on the links below
Just follow these steps:
- Log in to your online Dashboard and select 'change date' in the 'Next delivery' section.
2. Then choose your new delivery date/ window and click 'Update'
3. The page will refresh and your new delivery date/window will now be displayed on your Dashboard
Your future delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.
Moving or going on holiday? How to update your delivery address:
If you are going away or need your next order sent elsewhere, you can easily change your address on your online Dashboard:
Go to Account from the menu bar.
Under 'Delivery details', choose ‘Update’, then select 'Change' next to your address.
Enter your postcode, select your new address, and update your delivery instructions if needed.
Scroll down and choose ‘Save changes’.
✈️ Temporary Changes: If this is just for one order while you're away, simply follow the steps above, and remember to change it back to your home address before your next order is due.
⚠️ Important: Always check your ‘last date for changes’ on your Dashboard. We cannot update your address or delivery instructions once an order is already in progress.
